Although scouting is primarily regarded as a youth organisation, leaders are an integral part of every group .After all,
if there are no leaders there can be no activities. In 1st Fairview, we are always looking for new adult scouters to
help with the running of our group. If you are over eighteen years of age, have a couple of hours a week to spare, and
